Bradley Birthing Class Reunion

We all joked that we had the best Bradley Class ever... but I am pretty sure that is the truth! Our birthing class was full of the funniest pregnant ladies I've ever met!

The craziest thing about taking this class- is that we were the only 3rd time parents and yet we learned SO MUCH! I was a bit envious of the other moms who were smart enough to take it the first time around! Why oh why did we take hypnobirthing?!

After all the babies  were welcomed into the world, we gathered at our house to reunite and talk about babies and share birth stories! Seriously- it was so much fun!

Tony was so stoked to talk to people about contractions and placentas!

We had the parents paint the baby tootsies and then step on 10 onesies... Each baby got to take a shirt home with the foot prints of his/her "class mates!"

 Here is a table-o-onesies!  After the onesies we done, we foot printed the table cloth and signed it as a gift for our fearless leader Heather!

Azalea has some pretty rad hair, I will admit... but check out the baby on the right!! She has a full head of super thick hair with natural highlights! She looks like a cute baby surfer!

Moral of the stort- if you have a baby, then invite  9 other babies to your house- it is real fun!

Crazy VA Weather...

In Michigan everyone says " if you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes..." We have discovered this to be true everywhere that we have lived, including VA.

This last week has definitely been a reflection of that. We had 4 inches of snow and then almost 80 degrees within 4 days of each other! (So maybe a little more than 5 minutes!)

The good thing is that when you are a kid, this is the best week of your life!

The boys had to rush outside to play in the snow as soon as they woke up. We knew that the snow wouldn't last long! But it did last long enough for them to have a snowball fight and come in crying about cold hands! (This was on a Monday Morning)

  The following Thursday, we were all at the zoo. This was the nicest day all year! It was awesome!

Bastian Quotes!

Here are a few of Bastian's Awesome Quotes that we have heard and written down. For every one we remember there are about 200 that we crack up at and forget to write down!

Post Baby Family Visit #3 Mockbee Edition

We've learned that the only way to get Jamey and Cameron to come visit is to have a baby!

When she finally gets here we all have so much fun that it makes us wonder why we don't get together more often. Bastian and Cameron have so much fun together and are really a lot alike so it makes sense that they "click"

 The first day of the visit we all went bowling! In 2 hours we were not able to finish 2 full games! I guess this is what happens when you bowl with little ones! 

Bastian has taken to striking a crazy pose for the camera! His goal is to ensure that we never take a good shot for our Christmas card!

What visit would be complete without wrestling with Tony? Look close at these ones- there are some nice action shots!

Right before they left we snapped a few group photos. Why is Bastian in the pumpkin costume, you ask...? Because he had just taken off the Pirate costume and the pumpkin was the next logical step!

Not only was this trip fun but also relaxing! The boys played together and I talked to Jamey while she cleaned my house! She is pretty much the only person I would let clean for me... but it was sooo nice to not worry about the dishes all weekend! What a blessing!

We were super sad to see them go, but hopefully we will be getting together again in the spring!

Post Baby Visit #2 Gma Beth & Gpa Bill Edition

Since Tony and Bill work for the same company and were both selected to win The Presidents Award from thir company and would both have to fly to Florida to receive the award AND they were leaving behind their wives... my mom decided to fly down to VA. The plan worked perfectly- My mom was here before Tony left for Florida, she helped with the kiddos while he was gone and then Tony and Bill flew to Richmond and Bill worked out if Tony's depot for the next week! Perfect!

We went to Lewis Ginter for the first time of the year. Which gave Gma Beth just one more reason to love VA!

Happy Valentine's Day!

On Valentine's Day our sweet Azalea turned 2 months old! Her cheeks are getting mighty chunky! We love us some fat babies! Although the string bean babies like Gman are cool too!

  We were also invited to our friends for a Valentine's Party!  Our friend Sarah is also a homeschooling mom and she is such an inspiration to us!  Her party was so cute and the boys LOVED decorating and eating some heart shaped cookies!

Azalea One Month photos!

We had our newborn photos taken on what had been a pretty rough day for all of us! You can tell that by a few grumpy faces in some of the photos!

I think that these turned out great in spite of some grouchy moods!

These were a few of our attempts to get a family photo! After multiple attempts to cheer up Bastian, we scrapped the idea... Maybe next time!

We were also battling a rough patch of baby acne! Luckily she still looks cute!

We couldn't resist the Michigan shirt (Which she is the 3rd munchkin to sport thus far) and a yellow cloth diaper!

I'm also a sucker for hair bows and tutus!
